Working with me

The packages below cover the most common starting points for businesses anywhere — from getting a professional presence online for the first time, through to custom-built software and web platforms, and ongoing digital partnership. They represent the most frequently requested combinations of work, priced clearly so there are no surprises.

Every business is different, though, and none of these packages are rigid. If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into one of the options listed, that’s fine — we can scope something that does. Equally, if you’re already part-way through a project, have an existing site that needs attention, or simply have gaps in your workflow or web presence that you can’t quite put a name to, I’m happy to have a look and give you an honest assessment.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can give each project the attention it deserves. There’s no sales process, no account managers, and no offshore handoff — you deal with me directly from the first conversation through to delivery and beyond.

Clear scope, fixed price, timeline. No hidden extras, no vague estimates.

50% upfront to start

Work begins immediately on cleared payment. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Delivery & go-live

Final balance clears, site goes live. You get full access to everything — no lock-in.

Larger projects ($4k+ USD)

Split into thirds: start, midpoint, delivery — protects both sides on longer builds.

Monthly Support

First month upfront, then monthly by standing order. Minimum 3-month commitment.

Payment methods

Bank transfer or Stripe. Nothing starts without cleared funds — nothing goes live without the final payment.
